Gen III Transfer Case Removal - Help Wanted

My 4x4 system works beautifully, but the center diff lock/range selector has been problematic. After troubleshooting my '01 Limited, I've learned that the transfer case ECU is throwing error code 33, meaning that the troublesome little switch(es) on top is(are) faulty. I've ordered a set of five new ones.



I'm quite handy, but I've never pulled a transfer case before. I'd appreciate your guidance, tips, things to watch out for, etc.
