Great thread. Brings back a lot of memories of installing my Genright Safari tank in my LJ (myself) good times!! I believe all of their tanks come with a bombproof fully enclosed steel "cage" for lack of better words lol

Not unless youre driving through a minefield. The one that comes with it is more than sufficient. Crushes rocks all day.

The skid is 3/16" steel.

It's really not much I don't like about it. I just took more pictures of those things because I was cleaned up at that point. Plus I am more of a "If I don't talk about it, then I approve." kind of guy. It takes a lot for me to say something like "This thing is so awesome/sweet and this little piece makes all the difference."
