Get build sheet with VIN

I think i'm going to replace the rear axle on my quigley 2000 e350. Quigley says my rear axle is the factory oem and that I should be able to get the specs from Ford with my VIN.

Does anyone have a link or service that I can use to get my build sheet from the VIN? There is no tag on the diff anymore and it is too rusted to really see any details on it.

Do you happen to have a build sheet for your van from quigley you could send me? I’ve got a set of parts from an ‘02 I want to to swap over to a 2000 e350 van terra, but trying to compare build sheets to make sure they are compatible. Thanks!
