I haven't seen this mentioned elsewhere on ExPo, and this seems to be the right place for it. That's a link to the GFC company forum about an upcoming service tour being put together to address some issues with early Platform models (full pop-up tent & canopy). GFC personnel used to have a presence on ExPo, but questions to them would probably be addressed better on their forum.

I think so.

They've been working things out for a few months, and have reached what looks like a viable solution to the technical & service problems. They've also been doing a pretty good job of communicating their progress. While not perfectly handled, they've earned high marks thus far.
