GM 10 bolt bearing repair

I Leak Oil

Expedition Leader
Any one know a good on line source for changing the rear axle bearings on a GM 10 bolt of 2004 vintage? Seems straight forward but I'm trying to figure out what parts I'll need (aside from the bearings) and if there are any special tools required to remove the bearings.
Thanks in advance.

Wheel bearings?

If it's a gm 10 bolt rear you need to remove the bearing & races a puller or slap hammer setup is needed. Perhaps, a parts house near you rents the tools.

Other parts needed would be wheel bearing seals, differential cover gasket or RTV gasket material then good lube to top off. Axles assemblies should be inspected for wear in splined tooth area then the outer area that rests on bearing (s).
