GMT-800 (2000 - 2006) Tahoe owners: Can I ask you a favor?

Looking for some info on a 2000 - 2006 Tahoe.
.
Wondering if a Tahoe owner can do me a favor: I need to know how long the cargo area of a Tahoe is with the 2nd row seats folded and 3rd row seat removed. Can I get one of you to check that? And also how flat is the load deck with the seats folded? From what I've seen in pictures, the Tahoe has a similar kind of "flip and fold" to my 4runner, i.e. the bottom cushion flips forward to rest against the back of the front seat and the back cushion flips down to lay flat (except on the 4runner it doesn't lay flat, it lays up at an angle of about 15 degrees.)
.
If it's possible, I'd also like to know the width of the cargo area between the wheel wells.
.
What I'm trying to determine is how much more cargo space there is in a Tahoe vs. my 4runner, and whether it would be practical to sleep in the back of it.
.
Thanks in advance!

If I sleep in it, it would be when I'm on a solo trip so that's not a concern. When the wife and I go together we take our travel trailer. In fact, the reason I'm shopping for a new vehicle is that I need something with a bigger (V8) engine to pull the trailer.
.
From what you're saying, though, it sounds like the load deck is pretty flat? That's good to hear.

It's flat enough, designed to be flat. Flat enough that any sleeping pad you use will make it unnoticeable.

Can't measure the length on ours until tonight, . All the GM big trucks and SUVs are just under 49" between the rear wheel tubs / trim. They're all sized to fit sheet building materials @ 48"W.

3rd row removed and 2nd row folded down visual. I'll have to get measurements if needed/wanted.

Just measured, it is 72.5" from the underside of the 2nd row seat bottoms in their folded up position to the plastic 'warning track' where the cargo hatch closes. The end of the carpeting basically. The inner face of the cargo hatch sits just shy of there when the hatch is closed. Call it a a solid 6', but no more than that. The Suburban gives you another ~17" in that same dimension.
The Sub is ~8'1" from the back of the front seats to the inner face of the hatch. It will hold a full 4'x8' sheet product, but the front end will be resting on top of those tilted-up 2nd row seat bottoms.

If you are 6' tall it's going to be snug if you sleep flat on your back. Especially fully tucked inside a sleeping bag. 5'10", Goldilocks zone.

eta - the 2nd row headrests are removeable, 2003-2006 just takes something like a finish nail, scratch awl, watch screwdriver pressed in a hole to release a catch so they slide all the way up and out. They'll store readily under the seat in the 3rd row footwell area. 2000-2002 they just pull right out and you HAVE to pull them out to fold down the seat back, as they don't pivot back automatically like the 2003-2006 models do when you fold the seat down.

Thanks for the info! Yes, it seems like it would be marginal for sleeping. Well, I kind of figured that with all the stuff we take with us when we go camping a Suburban might be better for us anyway.
