Good books on series Land Rovers

I checked the sticky section but didn't see anything about research books. I've always been interested in series Land Rovers and would like to find one for a project but I need to learn a lot more first (and save some $$).

What books should I look into? I really like reading the build threads here and I am gaining a lot of information that way but I am guessing there are some respected guides as well.

I'm not real clear what you're looking for, but here's the restoration Haynes book:

There aren't really any books, that I'm aware of, on what to look for when buying a used series, thought the ToC for the above apparently covers some of that.

That is what I was thinking-something along the lines of what to look for and something that covers the differences of the years/series/models- kind of a primer of all things Land Rover-series wise anyhow.
