I am thinking about trading in my current tacoma for this. I feel this is a better base for an expedition rig than mine. I think my sliders, winch, armor, etc are all overkill....what I really need is 4.88 gears up front and 5.13 in rear! It will depend on whether or not he will throw in a rope ladder though. You guys think its a good deal?

97 tacoma ext cab 4x4 2.7 4 cyl (almost completely rebuilt around 6k miles ago, has shaved head, full k&n cold air intake, and a trottle body spacer), 5 speed ( new throw-out bearing, new belhousing, new output shaft, seals, couple gears, and bolt on flange) professionally built rear driveshaft, 37" toyo m/t's with about 25% tread and have 2 spares, 22" kmc black kmc hoss rims, fabtech coilovers on the front along with 4 link radius arm set-up with 3/4" chromoly hiems and a panhard bar, cross-over steering with dual fabtech stabilizers, rear has 2" shackle 3" spings and 7" blocks, 77 ford dana 44 front with 4.88's a lockrite locker and mile marker hubs, ford 8.8 rear with 5.13's, spray on bedliner inside of cab, jvc cd player, 232,000 on the o/d, truck gets around 17 MPG!!!! ice cold a/c, hot heat, runs great!!!!
NEEDS: new exhaust ran $250 (i have a brand new in the box pace-setter header for it), front-end alignment $50, new front windsheild b/c it is cracked $200.... i may be willing to add the money to get these done for the right trade if i don't already have them done. i am interested in trades but i cannot add any more money will my truck for one but will accept trades plus cash for a good relieable DD but thats ALL i can trade for!!! need to get rid of asap!!!! asking $6500 obo how it sits or $7200 and i fix what i mentioned but it is DD capable now and i do drive it daily... please call or txt randall 863-899-8534 thanks
