Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac RT

My DuraTracs are 7 years old so I'm thinking about new tires soon. I see the new DuraTrac RT is out, but I'm somewhat confused. From what I understand the new wave of RT tires (Rugged Terrain) are supposed to be between an AT and MT, but also a pavement tire. Isn't the definition of an RT the same as a hybrid tire which is pretty much what my current DuraTracs were marketed as. From what I'm seeing in the new marketing, is it looks like it's one step below an AT. More of a pavement tire that's good in light snow, but strong enough for light to medium trails. I might be okay with that, but think I would be more comfortable with an AT or hybrid. Am I missing something here?

It still looks like a good tire. Time will tell. They probably made this for all the people who like duratracs exept for the noise and feathering
