GPS Help!

Maybe one of you can help me with this.

I downloaded the TAT map onto a micro SD card then put it into my garmin gps. The map shows up but i can't figure out how to have the gps follow it. Can anyone help me with this?

Do you have the GPX route file for the TAT or just a map with the route listed on the file?

I have the GPX route file i think. like 95% sure
