We finally got our combination of sheets and a THICK comforter down so we were nice and toasty this time. :elkgrin:

We felt so lucky! After so many trails not working out due to snow we couldn't believe how remote and nice of a spot we ended up with! BTW, TDS looked cool. I'm working on and off in what is often called the "Jewel of California" Salton City. Haha, just kidding! The terrain TDS is at is tons of fun where we are working, but man that is one odd town that we are staying in! (been working truckhaven. Visiting the phone booth, mail box, tether ball, parking meter etc out there)

We were glad we missed TDS. Even presidents day weekend was a little much out there! Home right now for a break, but I need to find that monument when we get back out there.
