GunTalk TV show

So earlier in the week I was scanning my Comcast Cables TV shows and did a search for guns.
There was a show scheduled for today, so I setup a series recording.

The new show today was all about the AR15, perfect since I have been modifying mine as of late.

They have a website too with videos.

Anyone watched this show before?
I thought it was pretty good.

New one on me. Remember which channel it's on?

I used to get the 'Outdoor Channel', it has some great programming, but Charter changed the 'package', and now I'd have to upgrade to get it:Wow1:

Cool that it's online! I saved it to my favorites!:coffeedrink:

Found it!! And I get the VS channel here! Channel 69 and in HD channel 761

(Charter Communications)

I'll have it for a while, we're more than likely dumping cable this year once our 'agreement' is up.

Luckily it's on the web!

Found another while searching, It's called "Conceal & Carry School"

It's on Spike channel (43 on Charter) and is listed as a 'Documentary'.

It starts in 20 minutes, so I'll check it out.

Thanks for the info Corey!

You are welcome.

I have Spike here on HD on 659, will have to look for that show.

I could never give up cable, as I reply on it for high speed Internet, and I also watch a lot of stuff on the History channel, Discovery, and many more educational programming.
Also I am with Vonage, so I need high speed cable for that too.

We watch the same channels!:victory:

We also have the high speed internet, and VOIP for phone.

But our TV portion of the 'bundle' is $87 a month:Wow1:

With mainly me watching TV, and the wife being laid off for the last 7 months, it just doesn't make sense.

By dropping the TV, we loose the 'bundle' deal, but will still save $75 per month. (yet keep the High Speed internet and phone)

With so many shows available on the web, it's time for the TV to go.:snorkel:

I just watched that 'Conceal & Carry School' show. Pretty good. This one was college age students taking a Conceal carry course.

Very good training, using small 'paint ball' training weapons and very realistic scenerios.

Hope your wife finds employment soon.
WA. state is booming, as Boeing is doing a major hiring binge right now with the 787 and 737.

The latter which is going to be going up to possibly 50+ planes per month within a few years is bringing in a lot of new hires at the Renton plant down the road from the Boeing facility I work out of.
That will be an all time high for it.

Yeah, my cable bill is quite high, around $155 to $160 per month, and that is not including the VOIP since I pay Vonage around $32 or so for it per month.

That program you mentioned on Spike with the conceal/Carry, it comes on at 10:30 am my time, a few hours from now.
But coming up at 9 am is a show called Practical Tactical which shows how to clear a home in the event of a home invasion.
I will be catching that here shortly.

Bummer! I don't get that show until Jan 8th:snorkel:

The wife and I spent 4 months near Portland, OR back in '01. I was working for Harder Mechanical at the Intel R&D building.

We both fell in love with the PNW!

Slim possability of moving there, but it is an option!:coffeedrink:

That show I will be watching shortly was probably on earlier for you today, and you just missed it before the one you watched.

Yes, I have lived here in the PNW most of my life, I like being just 45 minutes away from where I like to camp, wheel, mountain bike, and shoot.

Plus work is just 14.5 miles away North on the same street I live on, very short commute.
