i know they are not the best winch in the world but that is pretty cheap. i think shipping is 7 bux.

If that coupon code doesn't work, just google "Harbor Freight 20% off coupon". You can always find a 20% off HF code online.

Also, I have never bought anything at HF at full price. I always use the 20% off coupons. It makes a cheap item even cheaper.
