Well, I'm not really sure where to post this but this looks like a good place to start.

I am in need of some harnesses to attach additional stuff to my pack. Extra, smaller bags of stuff. I am not finding anything...

You mean like different military load bearing systems (MOLLE/PALS)? Look at http://www.maxpedition.com/ for different bags and backpacks that feature a similar system (MALICE). I guess you can add nylon ribbons to your existing backpack if you're handy with a sewing machine.
