Havasupai group trip Food

So I'm taking 25 people down into Havasupai this June and am trying to liven up the menu a little. It's a 13 mile hike in but the Helocopter can take 20 bags of gear for $200 so I may be using that option a little. I have Mountain House dinners available and will bring the standby of Ramen as filler food. I had thought about oatmeal packets for breakfast and some dry energy bars and dried fruit for lunch. What types of things would you guys take to liven things up a little? I've hiked with potato packets, instant pudding, stove top stuffing... I had planned on just bringing jetboils for boiling water but am open to another cooking source other than fires since they are not allowed. Any ideas?

The hike down sucks since it is mostly sand. It you have time with the helo - get as much fresh down there. The cantina is costly for snacks. Have a good and filling menu, and you will enjoy. Have plenty of electrolytes for the trip out.

The question is how long of a trip will this be?

Hard salami, sopresatta. dry cheeses, vacu sealed. the quickest way is to go and get a party platter, transfer it to a paper plate, cover with another paper plate, vacu seal. The paper plates will absorb any excess oil that may come out as it doesn't have refrigeration for a couple days. The other more old fashoned choice is to just have summer saussage or hard salami uncut, and a wheel of cheese in wax. Time proven long term food storage.

Get some Jamabala rice, (zatterans?) and a few churrizo's. Cut up churrizo, toss in the boiling water for a few min.

Well, we're back. The food was great, the hike in was great, the hike out went out of control and I had to have a mule come half way down the switch backs to rescue on of our guys that was hydrated but who's core temp went to about 103 and was border line heat stroke. Fun times.

Here's what I did for food.
Mountain House cold water chicken salad with tortillas
oatmeal packets
Japanese noodle boxes
pilot/Sailor biscuits*If you don't pack these your missing out
Peanut butter/jam
Brown sugar
Stove top stufing
Instant pudding
Angel Hair pasta and Prego sauce
Hard salami/pepperoni and hard cheese
wild grain crackers from Costco
Cold cereal and powder milk
Plenty of dried fruit/jerky and Mike-n-Ikes
