This is a heavily built all aluminum powder coated holder for two MFC's. Yes Scepters fit. Hinged in the front, locks in the back.This is new, I took it out of the box and put it on the truck to take pictures. This will work with most any roof rack. It comes with all original mounting hardware. In the picture its on a Front Runner rack but this will work with nearly any rack as it comes with long bolts and aluminum bar stock so it can be clamped to pipe type racks as well. Will fit Front Runner, Hannibal, Patriot, Safety Devices, Baja Racks etc-you get the idea. I bought this to use on a Land rover 110 and sold the truck before this holder arrived. I now have a Defender 130 and have all the room in the world in the back of the truck. This was manufactured by Patriot Racks in the UK. No the diesel Scepter cans don't convey with the holder. $200 plus shipping which should be reasonable via fedex ground. Just looking to re-coup what I have in it.
