Up for sale is a Heavy Duty Bedslide that I made out of Plywood and Heavy Duty Accuride Bedslides for a Tacoma Long Bed.
Below are the details.
The entire system is modular in design. It has one heavy duty Drawer setup for storage cum sleeping platform and a Drawer within in for a pull out Cooking setup.
Minimum Dimensions to fit the main drawer system - 73" x 41.5" (Between wheel wells). If your truck if not a Tacoma Long bed, you would have to fabricate the remainder of the pieces to fit between your wheel wells.
Materials - Plywood, Birch, Smooth finish with Water proof stain, PU coating and Truck bed liner for durability. Contact points and fastening points into the Slide system is reinforced with Al 6061 Angles, for added strength.
Main Drawer dimensions are 73" x 32" x 12". Drawer Slide - Accuride 9301 Series Heavy Duty, 48" Long, Rated at 500. The drawer is 60" long though, built in such a way that when out, 48" is extended out of the truck and the reminder 24" is inside. The pictures explain it better.
Within the drawer system, there is another drawer, Accuride 3600 series, 28" long rated at 200 lbs for the cookset.
The setup is located in Buffalo NY 14214. I am looking to sell the complete setup, as a local pickup, if possible. Worst case, I can consider dis assembling it and shipping it or selling the accuride slides alone.
For a price, I am thinking $400 for the complete setup, for local pickup.
