Hella Rallye 4000 Off Road Light parts availability

I need some help: I have 3 Hella Rallye 4000 off road lights on my 1997 Disco, and I need to find some small parts to repair my Euro center light.

I cannot find a source on the web anywhere that sells the replacement parts etc separately, all I can find are places that sell the whole unit. One of the selling points I often hear of the Hella Rallye 4000 off road lights is that one can repair and replace componants as needed, but Hella's own website states under their FAQs:

"1. Question: I have cracked a lens on my Hella lights and need to purchase the lens itself. Does Hella sell replacement parts for their light kits?
Answer: We do not sell individual repair parts ourselves, only complete kits. Some of our vendors do, however, sell individual repair parts such as lenses, mounting hardware, or grommets"

- so where do folks find the parts? I have yet to find a Hella Vendor that lists parts, and I also need a diagram in order to actually know the proper names of the small parts that I need.

Does anyone know of a place that lists & sells the individual componants? Thanks!

BTW, This is a pic of the rig with my two co-pilots :coffeedrink:

Call Hella and have them give you a list of vendors that sell parts... They are located in Peachtree City, Georgia.

That would be helpfull if Hella listed a phone number on their website, but they do not. I see no way to directly contact Hella by telephone anywhere on their site.

What exactly you need to repair? Do you have a list or picture of the light which need to be fixed?

I need to replace the plug on the housing of the light that the wiring plugs into, & I also need the tool for properly removing the unusual rounded security nuts that have small holes on the bottem.

Are you refering to the square plug on the back of the light where wires go through?
What security nuts do you have? I think I know the tool you can get for it, but not sure if the nut you are refering the same I'm thinking off. Can you make a shot?

Internal Wiring harness for H4000 euro

I am not sure on the security nut key. I know I have seen them around, just not sure where.

Try Expedition Exchange, Torrance, CA.

You may need to buy a new wiring harness and regarding the key, mine is standard allen, nothing fancy.
