Help me determine value on this 16' featherlite 4926 please?

Ive finally narrowed my search down to the featherlite 4926 to replace my featherlite 24' toyhauler. Its a all aluminum (including the floor) 16' X 8.5' wide. I really like and want that width, and looks like featherlite is the only one who makes a shorter aluminum trailer that's 8.5' wide. I don't think most people want a 16' trailer and 24' is more sought after so the price should reflect that..

Its been stored outside close to the salty ocean. I know first hand what salty air on the coast can do and wonder how bad the roof is.

It would have to be a steal for me to be motivated enough to travel again, but these are pretty rare. I know it all depends on what someone will pay.. But whats it worth in your opinion?

Most trailers that size where I live are going from 3-5K depending on condition. From the pics this one don't look that bad...so I would say about 3000-4000K??

I think it is one trailer, the angle is weird in one photo to make it look like a flat front. And the other is the back of the trailer
