Help testing a trail guide website

I am assisting a friedn in development of a new trail guide website. (yeah I know there are a few, but we think we are building a better mousetrap) If any of you would have the time to register with our site and look at the functionality and such with us, I would appreciate it. We're hoping to be able to be able to have the ability to send tracks and waypoints from some of the more popular GPS applications as well as a few other map and software sites for some additional functionality as well. If interested, please PM me and I will send you all the details. We haven't announced it to the world until we get the feedback from folks like we have here on Expo.

Thanks!!
Nick

ok, so we went ahead and made the site live. We have received quite a bit of feedback and the web designer has been working away to get all the upgrades accomplished.

It's free, and you own/curate your own trails. Please help us make the site grow.

Nice looking site. My 2 cents, have some legality/land manager information in the Trail Details section. My biggest peeve with this and similar sites as they don't provide much in the way of due diligence on the legality of routes, be it crossing private lands (or visiting privately claimed mining areas) or seasonal closures enforced by the BLM/USFS. The 'download and drive' mentality doesn't work for every trail particularly when you have variables such as private property and seasonal closures. At a minimum have a contact number for the land manager office so users can call and check status and route conditions.
