well you have few options keep it close to the frame near the bumper mount bolts would be the strongest and on the hitch if equped.

I use the wheel grabbers to lift the truck. If the jack is too close to the frame I put a wood block between the top of the tire and jack to leverage it out crooked.

I also grab the rear hitch with a chain wrapped around my pintle reciever.

I've never needed to jack from the bumpers or anything. If I just need the chassis up, for repairs, and not the tires off the ground, I'll just use a bottle jack and wood blocks under the frame.
