I have seen their products up close and had the opportunity to crawl all over a few of their trucks discussing the design and construction process with the owners of the company.

As a result I have bumpers on order for my '01 DII.

A few things that I found notable:
- The owners of the company have extensive engineering backgrounds. Everything is CAD designed and then cut with a computer controlled plasma cutter. The welds appear to be solid and things look to be reinforced and over-built where they need to be.

- They have put about two years of r&d into their products before taking them public. They put their products on their own daily driver trucks and then put them through the paces on the trail.

- They are the only domestic company offering a swing-out tire carrier and jerry can holder for the Discovery.

- Their swingout is integrated into the rear door so it all opens together instead of having to open the swingout and then the door.

- For the Discoveries they have a front bumper with an impressive approach angle, the rear bumper with a swingout, sway bar disconnects, adjustable shock mounts, rock sliders and a handful of other products in the works.

I believe I'll have my order by the end of January and hopefully installed by early February. I'll let you know how it goes.

FWIW, Rovertym also makes a swing-away rear tire carrier for the Discovery. It's just not on the web site (along with a lot of other stuff).

They are one of the few companies making items for the LR3, so they get my vote!

From third hand reports, they are cool guys doing this full time and not mucking around. Their prices are good, they seem responsive to client requests and feedback, and everyone I know with one of their products seems happy.
