HLC Fabrications

Anyone have any experience with HLC Fabricatons I'm wondering about their rear tire carrier which looks really sweet..elegant, even artistic, unlike most swingaways that look like a farm gate. It swings with the door and also has a mount for a hi-jack at the pivot...nice and accessible. Don't know if they would sell the carrier alone for other bumpers (guess I could call).

Call HLC and speak to Denny; that's the best way to know.
I'm not familiar with the tire carrier but I've seen many other examples of the work that come from that shop and it's top notch. He's not a hack that bought a welder and suddenly becomes a fabricator; he's got some experience.

Denny is a standup guy and makes a great product. I have one of his front bumpers on my D2. check my build thread of pictures.

Denny built a customer bumper for me that multiple people have now. I have other HLC products on my Disco as well. I've seen almost all of his work, up close-first hand, and they produce some of the nicest products out there. I'm really particular too.

Denny is a great guy, but there are a lot of great guys out there. In regards to his work though...bottom line is he produces quality, functional, and really nice looking work. You can see more on the HLC Facebook page too.

If Denny see's this praise-fest he'll never be able to get his swollen head out of the monitor.

Definitely check out his FB page, there's a lot of products there that aren't on the website yet - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Hard-Labor-Creek-Fabrication/246787764223?sk=photos

I couldn't be happier with my sliders. They are curved and warped to match the contour of the doors and follow a perfect line right below them - very impressive precision. The Hi-Lift holes are a nice touch too. I'll be going back to Denny for bumpers after I get more pressing needs dealt with. :D
