Wow, most of those humvees are in poor shape. I guess they want to get rid of the crappy ones.

What's the deal with this one? Chrome rims and low profile tires? ******? Why would fed.gov have something this ridiculous in their Motor Pool? Anybody have any ideas why?

I'd sure rather buy one off craigslist. It's a crapshoot at gov auctions. I've bought a bunch of trucks at auction, and unless you can go in person and check them out- roll the dice baby. Try asking for a test drive before you bid and see what happens!
