Homemade slide in pop-up camper for my 95 f350 extended cab shortbed

Hey y'all! So after a long time of debating between a expo trailer and a slide in truck camper I've finally made my decision (you can probably guess what it is according to the title). Im going to starting off the project by building a steel frame (yes I know its going to heavy as hell but trust me the suspension needs some weight on it), and from there i'm just gonna play it by ear.
For the frame I've been using 14 gauge 1-1/2 inch square steel tubing
Heres where I am right now:

1.5" 14ga isn't a bad choice in my opinion. Plenty strong, reasonably light, just don't go crazy. Where people run into weight issues with steel is thinking they need 0.120" wall or something ridiculous for light duty applications. I'm interested to see where you take this. Keep posting as you make progress.

Ford never made a shortbox F350 in 95'. Is yours a D60 swapped F250?
