How much space is needed around a portable fridge?

I'm laying out the interior of my 4Runner, and I can't find the answer on Waeco's website. Or are they designed for cramped spaces as long as the vents aren't blocked?

As far as I know, just don't block the vents out the back and side much. The front is fine. I usually leave 2" or so but it's been known to get stuff all packed in there sometimes.

I leave plenty of room for the vents, usually 4-6 inches or so... I want mine to last for as long as possible so I try not to pack stuff in tightly around the vents
