Hub question

I am working on building trailer and had a question about hubs?

Has anyone used "Ag style" Hubs? and what are the differences.

I want a hub with high weight rating(2500lbs each) and these are the only ones I can find with 5 bolt pattern.

From looking at the drawing the Ag hub has no provision or intent to have brakes.
