im trying something new next year.
im going to get me some white tail with an AR.
pursuant to this, i picked up an M&P 300blackout/whisper yesterday for, BELOW list. i guess its a camo "hunting" AR in a state that doesnt permit semiautos, so there she was, sitting on the barren assault rifle wall. all lonely
i picked up some 110 hornady, magpul sights to co-witness thru an old bushnell holo i snatched off my 30-30, and WV here i come.
this will be the complete opposite for me. over the years my hunting guns have migrated into the african cannon range, my next step up was gonna be depleted uranium. . .but this little .308 cartridge is just so darn cute!
im gonna pay the suppressor tax to. if youve ever been in a room where guns are fired, without hearing protection, you'd realize the downside of a shotgun for home defense. my ears ring and ring and ring. i think ill take the 30rds of 240 grain thwapping away, and save the rest of my hearing.
