yeah sorry the icom is a ic-2200h fm transceiver and as far as i know the frequencies have been opened and programmed with weatherman ,score rescue, baja pits and a few other race teams frequencies we were helping out by a place here local in san diego, this place does all the radio work for most race teams in so cal as far as i was told. the icom i have has only been used twice its pretty much in brand new condition

Sounds like PCI - i bought my Icom from them a few years ago.

evening bump ill be at the toys for tots this saturday at camp pendleton i can bring it with me if any one is interested. i also lowered the price not sure why i put it up for 300 its 220 obo now .
