Disco 5 Spd. All The Stuff Needed

Well,

As mentioned since the Disco's were made for both the ZF or 5spd. most of the bits will interchange if you have a donor vehicle. More time needed to change out the parts than anything else

I bought a light roll-over 1996 with 5spd just to harvest the transmission, petal box, wiring loom etc. to use on another car. My donor Disco runs and drives and does not have one square foot of body panels that is straight. Driver door does open an close thank goodness.
It's just too good to part out. If any of you are looking for a complete 5spd. I'll part with it...or I'll save it for a future hybrid project. I'm in the Midwest, W. Central Missouri

Cool! looks like my plans going to change alittle... i found a 5-speed discoi in the local yard and i plan to pull the trans next week.

Do i need any special tools?

thanks guys!

Not that I can think of. You will probably need a drill to drill out the pop rivets of the plate on top of the trans tunnel.
