Ideas for bed storage under cover

I recently added a retractable tonneau cover to my 13' 2500 CTD and I'm looking for some ideas on storage / expedition setup.

I need something flexible between just using the truck for camping/exploring/offroading and something for hauling extra family gear when I'm towing the camper up to a basecamp first.

I have a 50 qt ARB fridge/freezer that is too tall to fit under the cover, so it will either go above it (I have cross-bed rails/basket) or preferably I need a decent cooler that is short enough to fit under. Also looking for better tool storage ideas and other similar accessories.

Please share any ideas you might have or pictures of your setup if you have them.

I'm not sure if you needed bolted down or just looking for containers, but Costco sells some nice storage bins, however they maybe be too tall...not sure.

Also, ammo cans area great for tools, camping gear, etc...

I have some 7.62 cans which hold a lot and fit between the fender wells. Some of the foot locker styles ones are great for camping gear, but I have a hard time finding them locally or at shows, and online prices are high, then add shipping.

You could also make storage dividers from 2x6s and take it out when not used. Could even cover it in felt or boat carpet.
