in cab heaters

have a 91 rr classic. second heater core has gone, really dont want to go through it again. only drive occasionally anyway, is there a good in cab heater for winter ya'll know of? all electric would be preferred.....

I know this isn't really quite what you asked for, but you can buy auxiliary heaters like this one: http://www.princessauto.com/pal/en/Auxillary-Heaters/21000-BTU-12V-Auxiliary-Heater/4240004.p . You can also buy diesel-fired Webasto or Eberspacher units, so I presume you can buy gasoline-fired ones as well.

I've also heard of people buying heaters from other cars in junk yards and installing them, but personally I'd probably go with something from the paragraph above.

I've never heard of a 12v heater that was worth the time to buy and install, so if someone knows of one, I'll be interested in reading about it too.
