Inexpensive Cherokee Tire Carrier

I've been looking to get a tire carrier bumper for my cherokee for a while now, but I have been having a lot of trouble finding one in my price range. Im only gonna be able to spend about $300 on it, and most of the ones I've seen are nearly $1000. I've also considered having one custom fabricated, but I dont know what that would cost me. Any ideas, links, or reference pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Check Craigslist, NAXJA, Jeep Forum, and other sites for a used one.

Check Craigslist in your area for a welder that does off road work.

Check with local Community College, High School, or Tech school to see if someone might be interested in making one.

I picked up the OEM bumper mount tire carrier for $50 at bone yard. It's good up to 31" tires or so. The Detours one would be even better.

nates4x4 has a pretty cheap tire carrier. It just takes them a couple weeks to get it to you.
