Today I drove from Phoenix to Palm Springs and back to pick up my girls for Christmas Vacation. It was the first time I took my LC 80 on an extended road trip. To occupy myself while flying down the highway at a whoping 70 MPH I started counting Expo Vehicles.
On the way home I saw something very curious westbound about 40 miles east of Indio, CA. I caravan of three Land Rovers. But an odd one. The first vehicle was a very weathered D90 or 110, maybe even a Series. I couldnt tell you what color, it looked to be a few colors actually. The second was a blue Disco, I think a Disco I. The last was a silver LR3. I found the order of the vehicles interesting. Kinda a real life moving time line.
