Is this trailer really for sale or stealing a picture from this site?

Also if it is real I have no experience with teardrops how do the materials used to construct the trailer sound? I was particularly concerned with 3/8" plywood walls

I've not seen it on here - but that does not mean it is'nt !

might be worth a look - it really depends on the build quality

It could be awfull or awsome

3/8" ply would not worry me-a skin of resin over it and it would be fine

Just how its been put together is important

That's pragmatizo old "5 weekend" trailer, here sold it here on ExPo Januaryish (sale thread) for ~$3,200.

There were a few posts on it here on ExPo but most of his build was documented on his old blog here. It also showed up on ih8mud here.

Hope that helps. :)

I got a email back from him and he said it was on EXPO so he will try to find the thread. I guess I'm worried about it lasting. Anything specific I should look for?

I posted a link above, looks like we were posting at the same time.

$900 would be a steal even if it needs some work.

2 different trailers I believe... The one in the CL ad has 5 sides on the door and smaller window. The expo link has a door with 4 sides and a larger window. Wheels are different. The CL ad they are past the body of the trailer, and the expo link trailer, the rims are flush with the body

If you have an address and if the person is available, I'd be more than happy to run by their house to confirm its existence. I live in West LA, so if the trailer is in Century City it shouldn't take me more than an hour or so to confirm. I can do so tomorrow.

Let me know!

I think I need a bigger truck!
That trailer was built by the owner of Dirtbound Offroad (Wilson Fabworks) IIRC as his personal toy. There is a build thread on Jeepforum I was following and it was on here as well?

The build thread was pretty kool...custom everything. $900 is a decent price.
