Island Park Idaho & Mesa Falls Scenic Byway

My wife and I needed to make a trip up to the Island Park area in Idaho to look at some land and we decided to take the scenic byway through Mesa Falls on the way home to Idaho Falls. It's a VERY nice little dive, albeit all on pavement. It runs from IP to Ashton and has a leg that will take you to Cave Falls (inside the Idaho portion of Yellowstone).

The river is running high right now so it made for a great show. I should have taken more "road" pics but I hope you enjoy these shots.

thanks for posting the photos. I miss that area. Last time though there was during a rain storm with lighting all around.

There is a size limit on attached photos.

Yours are opening pretty huge. Standard size is 800x600 or less, and/or 225kb or less. Your photos are 3200 x 2450 and over 700kb.

If you'll resize them, the attachment manager will take them easier and this should solve any issues. There is a "how to post pics on ExPo" thread in the Q&A section, but I believe the hugemongous files are the problem.

Let me know if that doesn't help.
