I'm giving Jackery a 10 out of 10 rating for both. I mounted some solar panels on the roof of my camper and in my haste wiring it I crossed 2 wires and smoked the Jackery 1000 doh!
Well I contacted Jackery customer service and told them of my issue, taking full credit for my screw up. They asked me for some photos of the back (serial numbers and such), proof of purchase, and a brief description of my screw up.
I sent everything they asked for back to them excpecting to be charged for repairing the unit. They told me to fedex the unit to them so I did. A few days later I got an email informing me that they needed a delivery address and that they would send me out a new unit free of charge.
I´m still in disbelief! Amazing company!
