It has come to our attention that he have had a defective batch of composite ladder hooks. The manufacture we have now used for over 10 years in Portugal for the ladder hooks has changed ownership and we have experienced a decline in quality control. Because of this we have switched our ladder design to an aluminum hook setup on all tents being manufactured.
For the customers with the previous composite hook system, we have an upgraded hook made of aluminum to replace your current composite hook.
