I have been running there front winch pre-runner bumper for 4 yrs and i just got there rear stage 1 last month. I am making my own swing out tire carriers. There product is top notch. You get the parts in the white buts fine. I have bounced my bumper off rocks and one stump. nothing, they hold there own.
About there customer service, When i received the front bumper it comes with frame reinforcement plates. there are a few holes in them to line up with holes on the frame and steering box bolts to bolt up. Well, two holes were off. I scanned a traced image of the bad plate and emailed it to them on a Friday. I had a corrected plate Monday.
before I ordered the rear bumper I ask them if they could put it on a scale to tell me how much it weighs before i bought it I wanted to know how much it weight i was adding.
thats customer service.

Hey Everyone! I'm new to hear and I was just wondering if anyone knew if Rigidco was still in business. Their website looks really really out of date and the last time it was updated was in 2003.
