That vehicle was actually made by Dodge. It is an M-43. They are very heavy and very slow in stock form. The stock straight six got less than 10 MPG and had a top speed of 55 MPH. They were produced from 1951-54 and 1959-68. Like their brother the M-37, they are so ugly they are beautiful.
As an Expo vehicle, an M-43 would need a different engine (diesel would be good), different gearing, power steering and power brakes, and a conversion of the electrical system from 24 volt to 12 volt. Seatbelts and more comfortable seats would be good ideas, too. Once you're done with all of that, you'd have one of the most unique and coolest vehicles around.
