Sorry for the hijack OP. 12.5 35's turned my LJ into a freeway turd but the ******** Cepek's look cool so I'm living with it. So far the 11.5 34's are doing great on my JK. I see you are running AEV, you might want to try a couple of drop bracket hole placement settings to see if there is an improvement. If your rig feels darty, I'd back off 1 hole and try it. Every rig is a little different. From memory there is a measurement you can make to determine the correct hole. Varies with weight.

Just guessing that it's handling and not bending stuff you are dealing with...

Some sort of lost...
Oh I've sleeved/gusseted/trussed the axle, synergy ball joints, tie rod, drag link, track bar with frame side track bar/sector shaft brace, full bolt kit. All because each of the factory parts went to **** within a very short time. Replaced one to two parts at a time as they wore out. Handles great now, though the aev rear track bar is soft so synergy is going back there.
The rear control arm bushings now have some slop (manual trans) so metalcloak arms are on the way.
The trans cross member is bent up from some rocks (it is basically made of sheet metal), while the skid plate is fine.
Front output shaft on the transfer case has slop, has since day one.
Tom woods drive shafts (needed the front) with crappy u joints.
Manual trans had to be rebuilt from a shifting problem that persisted from day one as well.
Then there is the general poor fitment of a lot of aftermarket stuff and poor support.

It's just, you know, I could have built a much stronger rig for a lot less, that would probably be on the road a lot longer. But I do really enjoy the jeep. Lol
