Might be a bit of a project.

$300 current bid. The PTO winch is worth that.
Get it running, and call it the "Lobster Expedition".
A few years back my buddy bid on a running, driving fire engine. $500. Had more than that worth of pumps and hoses. He figured, no way would $500 win the bid.
Should have seen the look on his wife's face when she came home from work, and saw a big old fire engine in the driveway.
She was a good sport about the whole deal, and he ended up making a good profit, so all was well.
GSA is a dangerous website. They should make people sign a waiver before entering...
