Jeep TJ Teraflex Rear Shock Adapter

I have the Teraflex Rear shock adapter (001244800) which eliminates the bar pin, but this is the model that raises the shock an additional inch. Condition is New, one of which is still in the package wrap.

The problem that I had is the shock width is not wide enough for Fox 2.0 Remote Reservoir shocks. Teraflex never answered my emails about this, or anyway to remedy it, so I went with the AEV coil bucket relocator to gain the extra inch I needed for the shocks. The mount also was not wide enough for the old Old Man Emu shocks I had, and since I never heard back from Teraflex, I can't list any other shocks that will definitely fit. Their website sells gas shocks similar to Rancho etc. The Emu's did have some extra beef in their metal head and the Fox's have the Cylindrical, so maybe I happened to have the only two types of shocks that don't work, either way I want anyone interested in the adaptor to know ahead of time.

Other than them not fitting my shocks, the build quality is excellent and the design is very good, its a really good idea for that extra inch of shock travel.
Below is the write up from Teraflex:

The TJ rear upper shock adapter and relocator eliminates the bar pin, and relocates the mounting position up one inch to allow long travel shocks to be used. Because the mounting point is raised, a one inch body lift is required. This kit is designed for use with our LCG series suspension systems and may not work properly if used with other suspensions.

But if anyone doesn't have my type of shocks, or just wants to use them as fabrication pieces to continue their project, I'm looking for $20 plus $5 shipping to anywhere in the continental USA. Payment through Paypal.

Do you still have the Tereflex Rear Shock Adapter?

I just found this ad when doing a search for a Tereflex Rear Shock Adapter. I noticed that this post is 4 months old, but If you still have this item I would like to buy it. Please e-mail me and let me know.

Thanks,
