Jeep Wrangler 2008 Rubicon advice

Hello just joined this forum - Have been using a 2008 Rubicon down in Costa Rica over the past couple of months and would love some advice with:

- my weight --- Am i too heavy for stock shocks/springs?
- Suspension --- What would you recommend I install as a suspension/coil thats not too expensive but good quality?
- Sway bar function --- I press the button but feel no change, I feel the car generally very loose.
- Car rocking/swaying ---- LOVE it in gravel and bumpy roads but I feel it moves/sways/rocks way too much on highway speeds (50 + mph). Is this normal?
- Safety wise - what should I do to it? what should i get inspected?

Take into account i can't invest much money and parts here are generally 2-3x more expensive than US. (I have added those rubbed stoppers in Right rear coil/spring because its much lower on right side, I have ordered new springs but am on a 15 week waiting period till local dealer gets them..) could it be the spring or am i looking at more serious issues?

I bought a used 2008 in December 2014 at it was pretty decked out - (appearance wise) - Came with 9500lb winch, full roll cage as seen in picts - same tires, lights etc.

My tires are: BFGoodrich Mud Terrain LT 255/75 R17

The only thing I've changed so far is sold the winch and put in an ARB front bumper.

Equipment it usually camps/adventures with:

I have an 08 rubicon 4dr here dismay story

have used it asa truck hauled sod in it to the ceiling. usually have 2 100 lb dogs and me @250 plus various other tools my front bumper is a warn which is the heaviest bumper out there at 155 without he winch add a winch and a steel cable and well the stock suspension pretty much collapsed I had a 1/2 inch of travel see picture I finally got t enough money together and put a 3.5 inch ome suspension with terra flex monster track bar and bistein shocks. works great but I would stick with the ome stuff rather than the blisters

I'm not saying that it's the right answer for any specific setup, but it'll give you hope that you can cope with pretty much any Wrangler weight . . .

My XV-JP Wrangler has full bumpers and armor, an auxiliary fuel tank, stuff on the roof, and enough things inside the cabin to qualify it as a fully-self-contained motorhome. It weighs right at 7,000 pounds fully loaded.

But with Duratracs anc the use of an AEV (nth Degree, back when I got it) suspension with 3.5 inch lift in front and 4.5 inch in the rear, the handling is very good, confident and stable, and there's no sense that the truck is overloaded for the setup. I understand the issues of cost and availability, but at least you can set up a Rubicon to handle 7K pounds.
