Jeep Wrangler fog lights and replacements

The short of it

I have a 14 JKUR and have replaced the headlights to truck lights. I then replaced the fog lights to a LED type bulb. Just recently it started to flicker and is driving me crazy. I don't want to put an incandescent back so what have you done if you replaced the stock fog lights?

I did see that rigid makes a kit to put either the Dually's or the D2 in the stock fog light area. My only real concern with that is I have some concerns about the pattern and don't want to put a light in that I can only use off road and don't want to blind on coming drivers. I also can't find if the dually's or D2 are DOT rated so I am suspecting that they aren't.

So let's talk fogs......

Nothing led from rigid is dot. I would either use piaa fogs and have a proper fog beam light or use the nokya yellow bulbs that I have. They are far better than the stockers.

There are a bunch of different options though but one thing I have read is that even the Rigid fogs will flicker if you wire them to the factory fog switch. Even the Truck Lite headlights flickered when they first came out and the remedied it with the anti-flicker harnesses, maybe something along the same lines are needed for the LED fogs?
