I am planning a month long on/off-road trip starting in May. One major segment of this trip will be in an area where gas stations are scarce and may not always be open when needed. With all the extra off-road miles I will be driving, I need to carry about 15-20 gallons of extra gas. As this is a one off trip, I don't wish to spend a lot of money (already have the jerry cans) on an expensive rack to carry the cans in the bed of the truck (2012 Dodge Ram 4x4 QC.)
Can anyone suggest a jerry can holder that is reasonable in price and does not require drilling a lot of holes (or no holes) in the bed of the truck etc.
