I've got the full-sized JetBoil and love it. I can cook 3 hot-dogs simultaneously in it, though extracting them from the boiling water is an adventure in futility without proper tongs. A perennial favorite of mine, and super easy to make in the JB, is Ramen Noodles. Super cheap, never spoils, and never fails to fill you up. I've used my JB to make canned Chili, soups, EasyMac...pretty much anything that requires boiling water.
I found a small camping store in Lexington, VA that was going out of business a few years ago, and was selling everything off at "Make An Offer" pricing. They had 24 cans of fuel for the JetBoil. I scored all of them for $10. REI sells the fuel for $4.99/can! I can typically get 3 meals out of a can of fuel, which equates to 1.5 days if I have 2 cooked meals. The only downside to the JB is there's really only enough room to cook a meal for a single person.
I haven't made coffee in it yet, as I don't have the coffee maker attachment doohickey, but if I make camp-coffee, I usually just stick a Perc on a grate over the fire-pit or use a standard camp stove with the Perc.
