jk gear swap

I have a 2007 JK Jeep (Unlimited) that has 5.10 gears. I moved up to 35” inch tires when Off Road Evolution put the gears in. since then I have had a Hemi swap and seen a slight heat issue on my radiator temp gage when I am running on the freeway at 70 miles plus. I am looking for an exchange of stock JK gears for mine plus someone who has the mechanical tools and knowledge to help me do a swap. must be in phoenix to do swap
