JK storage- Dirtbagz Review

For those with JKUs interested in storage ideas, I just installed the Dirtbagz from Dominion Offroad that fit the space in front of the rear wheel well. These suckers are handy! They have tabs that attach under your stock hardtop bolts, which is why they work for 4dr models. On 2-dr models the hole spacing is further apart so an elongated strap would be needed and the bags will interfere a bit with the rear seat. The bags are well-made, fit perfectly, and have good quality waterproof zippers on them. 5 min install. I filled one with my tool roll, jumper cables, winch remote, and other tools. The other I filled with spare rain/cold weather gear, hand warmers, a water bottle, fire start kit, energy bars, and a first aid kit. Plenty of room in these babies and make use of otherwise unused space. I was even able to stash my trusty Cabelas stool next to one of them. I would highly recommend them in terms of utility, but I have not used them long enough to comment on durability.

I'd second this review, I put a set in during Christmas. I do wish they had some anchor points on the underside. They stay put with the provided tabs, but I worry that they will break loose during a roll. They have a lot of weight I them! I may through bolt the bags to the inner fenders with some large fender washers.

Yes, work fine with top off...in fact, zipper goes on outside too so you can access from outside the Jeep (very useful).
I'm not worried about bottom attachment: In a roll, this is the least of my worries. Went on a bumpy snow trail today and found no problems, bouncing or otherwise, with fully loaded bags.

DirtBagz are VERY popular with the desert racing crowd. I don't own any, but I've seen plenty of them. Never heard anyone complain about the quality of the bags.
