JK wheel/ tyre combo for overland travel

Can anyone ID The wheel/tire size combo on this JK? Looking to match the hub on my trailer with JK pattern and these look like a viable option for both truck and trailer.

They're a 17" Dodge Ram steel wheel. 255/80QR-17 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 tires.

It's from the J8 Milspec conversion AEV used to offer. It was discontinued.

You can use the Mopar winter wheel to the safe effect, Dave from AEV was going to spec the J8 with the 255/80QR-17 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 tires mentioned above (I saw a post from him stating as much).

I'm also looking at a 16 inch version of basically the same thing, as I think 16s will be more common where I plan to go.

It's definitely a cool set up if you're going for that old military Jeep look, especially with the skinnier tire.

You can find the wheel like the one in the photo from the Dodge Ram 1500s. They're 5on5 and I think they have a 5 and 1/4" back spacing.

Aren't the dodge 1500 wheels 5 on 5.5? Same goes for the J8 axles?

Yes. Which means they will not fit a normal JK.

Anyone that wants to do this should go for the mopar winter wheels. Quadratec has them

I've also heard that they were used as the fullsize spares for the Grand cherokee's and Commanders.
